Day 13 - Cairo
We had a city tour today, seeing Cairo's tourist highlights - the Cairo Museum, the Citadel of Saladin, Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the Hanging Church and the famous Kahn El Khalili bazaar/market.

Once you got away from the tourist part of the market, it really came alive with local life

The tour ended for Tanya and me at about 5am on Saturday 7 January, Day 14, when we got ready for our airport transfer.  It was a fantastic holiday with just the right mix of culture, socialising, fun and relaxing.
