| That'll be me in the French Alpes |
This year I decided to go skiing for just a few days, rather than
a full week like the past couple of years. My skiing friends all had holidays booked so I decided to take the plunge
and go on a "singles" holiday!
Pippa was assigned as my roommate and we hit it off right away. The
first day was long, with the travel from Stansted to Meribel and then bad weather which stopped us skiing that day.
It was hard to just relax and enjoy some down time, but I tried my best! We discovered that evening that the hotel meals
weren't exactly cordon bleu and after a few drinks, got an early night, ready for three days skiing.
